Danny Clinch

Danny Clinch is one of my favorite photographers. He has photographed just about every person I could ever dream of shooting and he's done it beautifully. His style and attitude towards photography influences my own shooting every time I pick up a camera.

There are artists that serve as a catalyst, an initial spark of inspiration that can fade away as you grow. Then there are artists whose work influences you throughout your entire career. For me, Danny Clinch is one of the latter.

I was lucky enough to meet Danny at his show "Be True" this weekend. Unreleased Springsteen photos and a chat with one of your favorite artists, I'd say that's a pretty good day in Asbury.
